Oh if only I had the dough, I would sue AT&T into the ground. A decent lawyer and fair judge would find against AT&T for the use of the word unlimited and their unfair anti-consumer practices that have followed.

- No desktop updates at all. I predict Apple getting out of the consumer desktop market in the next 2-3 years. No more iMac or mini.
Are you saying this because there were no desktop updates at MWSF? Apple just updated the Imacs in August 2007 and silently updated the Mac Pro last week (which was definitely long overdue for a refresh), presumably because they wanted MWSF to stay consumer oriented.

How come that is not issue?Unless somebody announces that they are gay or lesbian in the bathroom I doubt anyone would notice. If a woman walks into the mens room or vise versa people would notice.

The only thing I can seriously see Apple buying from AMD is the new portable ATI Radeon� Xpress 1150 Graphics card for the MacBook range.
AMD portable CPUs are complete rubbish, the Turion 64 the Turion AM2x and the mobile Sempron range are completely inferrior to any mobile Intel CPU.
If Apple does release an AMD laptop I will NEVER buy it.

No problem dejo, I understand.. It can be frustrating for others as well as myself and that's why some people tell you to go read all Apple's documentation for a simple question and some others help you no matter what. Speaking a language fluidly could take years, I can hardly speak French myself but that is not stoping me from going to France & ask for coffee in their language. (even if they get upset cause I talk awful, which some do, but some others like it :P).
About my issue, I think I solve it. I was able to show up an alarm with using that method after I declare it appropriately.
I now have some thing like this :

It has been said here already, but Apple is smart to back both. I have a feeliing that HD DVD is going to win out in the end. Sure Sony is going to Blu Ray everyone, but not many people over 30 are going to get a PS3...

I think they will announce the iPhone 5 at the WWDC like they usually do.

Logic Pro 7 has yet to be cracked, so Apple has people who know how to do copyright protection. I suspect Leopard will employ very strong TPM integration compared to Tiger.

Maybe when his house is all put together, he'll realize that the next AppleTV should be more like Windows Media Center, with dual ATSC tuners, DVR capability, and expandable storage space. That's the only thing tainting my beautiful almost-all-Apple home network.

I do , I have 140Gb of Photos from my DSLR (and previous digital cameras) putting this on 3 discs rather than 40 discs would be great
I also have 28Gb of music, backing up form itunes to 1 disc rather than 8 would also be useful
So why not just use an external HD?

I don't know if it me being impatient because I haven't fully embraced all of the new features, but so far the Lion experience has not been that great. But I think it's just the learning curve.

All the Windows 7 I use are campus installs, so since they're not configurable, I haven't really looked around the settings. Does Windows have virtual desktops yet?

There's no proof that a closed app store brought in developers because prior to the app store existing there was no 3rd party development on the device (well, besides jailbreakers). So you can't claim that. Case in point, the Mac App store hasn't exploded in popularity the way the iPhone app store did.
But it's pretty clear that if Apple closed the platform they would lose the marketshare in:
1. education (need unix shell, ability to write programs in Eclipse, etc)
2. server (need extensibility)
3. games (steam for example could not operate)
4. professional (Adobe wouldn't stand for not being able to manage their own business model, for example)
5. open source (major open source projects would avoid the Mac because App store doesn't jive with their licenses, Firefox, OpenOffice, etc)
They'd probably also face a major antitrust lawsuit.
It's an unrealistic doomsday proposition that Apple isn't stupid enough to pursue.

With regards to this particular ad, should we presume from your comment that you are not an engineer, a doctor, a business person, a teacher, a student, a parent or a child? All these folks love their iPads.None of the above.
